The netsuke comprising: four manju, two of ivory, one carved with a frog, signed Dozan, another without decoration, one of lacquer, inlaid with lotus, signed Issai, and one of shibuichi with a figure in shakudo sumi-zogan; a kagamibuta of ivory and iron; two wood netsuke of simplified birds; and two lacquered wood netsuke of birds, one signed Shoichi; the ojime of ivory, metal and coral, carved with birds, rats, badger, snake and formal designs; together with a walnut. The netsuke 3.5cm (1 3/8in) to 5.2cm (2in). (19).
