Comprising eight yakusha-e, consisting mainly of sheets from complete triptychs, including one by Hokushu of the actor Arashi Kichisaburo; five prints by Kunisada including one entitled Kinsei Suikoden of the actor Iwai Kumezaburo; six musha-e, three sheets by Yoshitora including one showing the battle between the Taira and Minamoto clans, four bijin-ga including one by Kuniyoshi titled Jyuroku rikan, others by Kunichika; one fushi-e (satirical picture) by the Kuniyoshi School, a gijin-e of a catfish by the Utagawa School, all except for six prints, variously signed. Oban, the smallest 34.7cm x 21½cm (13 5/8in x 8½in), the largest 37.3cm x 25.3cm (14¾in x 9 7/8in). (20).
