A Caughley jug and a Caughley mug

circa 1790
Decorated at the Chamberlain studio in Worcester, the Caughley jug with a leaf-moulded body and scrolled handle, inscribed in gold and red below the mask handle with the monogram 'WMH', surrounded by scattered gilt sprigs, 19.3cm high, the mug of cylindrical form with a broad strap handle, gilded with the monogram 'RCH', fine quality gilded floral swags suspended from the blue and gilt lattice border, 11.5cm high, S mark (some wear to the gilded rim) (2)
