The earlier jug painted in colours with a spray of European flowers, including a rosebud and convolvulus, the reverse with scattered sprigs, a red scroll and loop border below the interior rim, 8.2cm high (slight wear), the later jug painted in puce monochrome with formal Chinese flowers, a red and gold chain border below the interior rim, 8.1cm high (minute chip to the tip of the spout, slight wear to the gilded rim) (2)
