A Bow sparrow beak jug

circa 1752-55
Of squat form with a plain loop handle, painted in famille rose style with a peony and trailing flowers issuing from pale pink hollow rockwork, a border of half flowerheads and diaper panels below the rim, 7cm high (slight wear)
