The ovoid body decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with figures picnicing at cherry blossom time, reversed by men and women gathered by a stream in summer, all reserved against a cobalt glazed ground with gilt brocade patterns; signed Matsumoto Hozan with the Kyoto Tojiki Goshigaisha mark and Satsuma mon to the base.
