Of ovoid form, decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with nine rakan and their karako attendants on a ground of stippled gold clouds, all set between floral and brocade bands at the shoulder and above the base; signed Nihon Shuzan beneath the Shimazu mon and Yasuda company trade mark.
