Fan painting, ink and color on paper; the two lucky gods shown examining the geisha painted on a hanging scroll stretched between them, Hotei in a green robe with cloth sack and mallet at his side, the bearded Fukurokuju, a cloth covering his high forehead, with a Chinese-style fan beside him; bearing the signature Toyokuni with seals Uta and gawa.
