A Southeast Asian gilt and polychrome painted wood pair of doors and surround

The architectural fragment of six pieces that include a lintel with projecting flanges to each side and carved with stepped arches that conform to the side posts around a pair of doors with pivot tenons attaching to a horizontal door sill, the framing members carved with Buddhist symbols against a wanzi diaper and dense flower-head patterns that repeat in the ogival cartouches to the doors.
