A pair of Canton blue and gilt enameled metal candle stands

18th Century
Each with two cup-shaped drip pans connected by a bulbous shaft rising from the bell-form foot, the rich cobalt blue enamel ground deftly outlined in gilt with shou medallions and various decorative bands, the inside of the foot finished in rose enamel.
