Footnotes

The 25-21 calibre is highly regarded as one of Patek Philippe's first simple form movements, its renowned 1930s and 1930s predecessors such as the 9-90 calibre was popular for more than three decades, and this particular movement is no exception. The simple and elegant fluted design of this watch allows for the appreciation of the S-shaped minute wheel bridge, slim escape wheel and fourth-wheel bridges. The Gondolo remains one of the classic favourites of the Patek Philippe family and a testament to the eternal popularity and grand history of this 160 year-old watchmaker.
