Footnotes
This extremely rare Patek Philippe antique wristwatch is one of the earliest models to be produced and it carries the very first generation historical ‘Officer’ style lugs that is still in production today. The case of this particular watch is in an octagonal shape, which makes it even more unusual and prized collector’s item. The eight-sided octagon is also considered a highly auspicious symbol in Chinese culture as it symbolizes wealth. This timepiece offers a rare chance to own a significant piece of Patek Philippe history.
