The etui with a hinged cover and gilt metal mounts, painted with rural landscapes reserved on a pale yellow ground, with some contents, 9.2cm high (some fine cracks and wear to the gilded borders), one bottle painted with landscapes reserved on a white ground, 8.5cm high (fine cracks, patch of restoration), the Samson bottle painted with a portrait of a lady, 9.8cm high (fine cracks, chip to foot) (3)
