Of traditional form, wearing a blue tricorn hat, sponged mottled brown coat, a yellow waistcoat and blue breeches, holding a brown clay foaming jug, a barrel between his feet and a pipe at his side, on a rectangular base with canted corners, 25cm high (fine crack through stem of the pipe and tiny chips to the bowl, another fine crack to the front of the base)
