A Yorkshire 'Rudy-Faced' Toby Jug

Circa 1810-20.
Typically modelled seated holding a small Toby jug and a serpent-stemmed pipe, wearing a blue coat and green breeches, with a sponged hat and base, his face and hands painted dark puce, with a figurehead handle, 26cm high (lacking glass held in right hand, some misfiring)
