Circa 1818-20.
With a plain loop handle, locally painted in the style of William Billingsley with a border of reddy-brown urns picked out in gold, each filled with delicate flowers and foliage, alternating with pink, green and gold stylised sprigs, a wide gilded border around the foot and rims, saucer 13.8cm diam (some very slight wear to the gilding only) (2)
