A Swansea plate by David Evans

Circa 1815-17.
finely painted with a border of flowers, some with stems tied with a light blue ribbon, including poppy, rose, morning glory and chrysanthemum, within a gilded rim, 21.3cm diam, impressed SWANSEA (small patches of wear to the gilded rim, a few small flakes to the enamel)
