As a shepherd and companion, he playing bagpipes, a hound at his feet, she playing a mandolin, a lamb at her side, seated on flowering tree stumps beside scrollwork branches supporting pierced candle sconces, upon pierced scroll moulded bases picked out in turquoise and gold, 23cm high, patch marks (both with a plume of hat restored, minor chips to flowering bocages) (2)
