Circa 1775-80.
Each modelled with two winged putti, 'Air' with two putti climbing a tree to capture birds, cages below, 'repairer's' mark of an incised cross, 'Fire' as a putto grinding an arrow, his companion holding an arrow and burning torch, incised crown, crossed batons and D mark and 'repairer's' mark of a incised triangle for Joseph Hill, 'Earth' as a gardener, garlanding his companion with flowers, incised G, 'repairer's' mark of a divided square to the side of base, 'Water' with two putti fishing, holding nets and a basket of fish, incised G and 'repairer's' mark of a triangle for Joseph Hill, all four groups with incised N48, all upon rocky mound bases, the tallest 22cm high, (Fire with some restoration to the arrow grinder, the seated putto with restoration to arrow and top of torch, the other groups with small chips and losses) (4)
