An Unusual 90-Bore Flintlock Box-Lock Pocket Pistol
By Chadwick, London, Circa 1775

With bright turn-off cannon barrel, bright border engraved action (cock and steel working replacements) signed on a foliate scroll on each side, sliding trigger-guard safety-catch engraved with a flowerhead on the bow, and figured flat-sided butt finely inlaid with silver wire scrollwork, very unusually stamped with London proof marks on the action tang, Tower private proof marks
