With turn-off octagonal sighted barrel inlaid with an engraved silver foliate band around the muzzle and foliate scrollwork over the top flats, foliate engraved white-metal action (hammer retaining screw replaced) signed on a scroll on one side, foliate engraved trigger-guard, chequered rounded butt with engraved white-metal butt-cap and hinged foliate engraved butt-trap cover, and vacant white-metal escutcheon, Birmingham proof marks
