With blued octagonal sighted barrel, blued top-strap engraved 'London Armoury.', case-hardened serial numbered cylinder, blued border engraved frame engraved with serial numbers and 'Adam's Patent' on one side, blued safety-stop, arbor pin and rammer, trigger-guard and butt-cap originally blued, chequered figured rounded butt pierced for a lanyard, and some original finish (worn-off in places): in contemporary lined and fitted case (lid warped, minor damage) with ammunition compartments and some accessories including James Dixon & Sons brass-mounted powder-flask (cut-off spring missing), London proof marks
