A .44 Starr Arms Co. 1863 Model Six-Shot Single-Action Percussion Revolver
No. 52504, Circa 1863-65

With hinged sighted barrel, frame stamped 'Starr's Patent Jan. 15. 1856' on one side and 'Starr Arms. Co. New York.' on the other, plain cylinder (nipples replaced), frame with spur at the back (barrel-release screw replaced), rammer, trigger-guard, rounded butt (bruised and chipped), and matching numbers (some wear and rust patination, refinished overall)
