A Rare .44 S&W (Russian) Smith & Wesson Model 3 Russian Contract Third Model Six-Shot Single-Action Centre-Fire Revolver
No. 6159, Circa 1876-77

Similar to the last, the barrel stamped with manufacturer's details in Russian along the raised sighting flat in front of an Imperial eagle mark above the inspector's initials 'HK' (for Captain N. Kouschakewitsch), butt numbered '3291', lightly figured rounded grip, and some original finish (some light pitting)
