Two Sword-Canes, A Dagger-Cane, And A Blow-Pipe Cane
All 19th Century

The first with sharply tapering blade of square section stamped 'Solingen' between marks on each side at the forte, and white-metal knob-shaped handle cast overall with nodules, in bamboo scabbard also forming the cane shaft; the second with sharply tapering fullered single-edged blade, and shaped natural wood handle, in natural wood scabbard also forming the cane shaft; the third with tapering wooden shaft (repaired with a cord binding at the top) of circular section, and copper finial with small hinged lid opening to reveal a blade (some pitting); the last with brass-lined bamboo shaft (minor splits), turned wooden mouthpiece with removable brass-liner with rounded wooden finial, and threaded brass cap (4)
