Two Indo-Persian Kulah Khuds
Late 19th Century Or Later

The first with domed skull decorated with cartouch-shaped panels damascened with brass foliage within silver line borders against a ground of roughly chiselled foliage, the rim bordered by elongated ovoidal and circular panels of calligraphy containing cursive script en suite, fitted with two plume-holders, central spike of diamond section, and damascened adjustable nasal, and vandyked camail of butted iron rings; the second of similar form, the skull with roundels containing silver-damascened Arabic calligraphy, the camail of butted iron and brass rings (one plume-holder incomplete) (2)
