Jones patent rotary-underlever, the rebounding sidelocks, engraved SamL. & C. Smith, Princes St., London and surrounded by bold foliate-scroll engraving, with dolphin hammers, the triggerguard engraved with two pheasants, highly-figured stock (broken and repaired behind wrist) with steel butt-plate with long tang, engraved '1', numbered to the action and with two snipe, the rebrowned replacement damascus barrels with game-rib engraved Saml. Ebrall, Shrewsbury
Weight 6lb. 11½oz., 14 5/8in. pull (14½in. stock), 30in. barrels, both approx. cyl., 2½in. chambers, London Black Powder proof
