Millais, Allan Cunningham (looking forward to meeting "my learned and travelled friend Borrow at your table"), W. Harrison Ainsworth, Charles Reade, A.H. Layard, Anna Jameson (seeking Soane's obituary), Gladstone (on publication of his speeches), Florence Marryat, W.J. Footnotes

The source of most of these letters appears to have been the leading printers of Victorian England, William Clowes & Son, who did work for both Murray and Bentley; the 'E.C.' who assembled the album presumably being an Elizabeth Clowes, daughter or grand-daughter of the firm's founder, William Clowes (1779-1847).
