Standing, attired in an elegant kimono, holding a fan (missing) in her right hand, her hair tied formally and dressed with a comb, her garments decorated in gold, aogai and iro-e takamakie with mon, peonies and stylised clouds, signed in a tsuishu lacquer reserve Masamitsu. 42½cm (16¾in) high.
