A bronze vase

By Neya Churoku (1897-1987), early 20th century
The spherical body simply decorated in relief with a goldfish and two tiny air bubbles, with details splashed in gold, the base with carved seal signature Churoku; with tomobako, the interior of the lid signed and sealed by the artist, Churoku saku with seal Churoku. 21.6cm (8½in) high. (2).
