A shakudo and gilt inlaid cabinet modelled as a shrine

By Masaaki, Meiji Period
Cast in three detachable sections, the single storey raised on a stepped base, beneath a typically sloping roof beneath which are a pair of hinged doors, simply decorated with three kikumon inlaid in gilt, signed in a silver reserve Masaaki. 18cm x 13cm x 9cm (7 1/16in x 5 1/8in x 3½in). (4).
