Carved in relief with a continuous scene of a three-clawed dragon whose long sinuous body is partially obscured by swirling clouds and bolts of lightning, with details inlaid in gold; the base with chiselled signature Dai Nippon Kyoto ju Ikkodo Miyabe Atsuyoshi with kakihan. 20½cm (8in) high.
