A Dagger-Cane
Late 19th Century

With slender sharply tapering stiletto blade retaining traces of etched, blued and gilt decoration over most of its length, ebonised handle (split) mounted with a silver gauntlet cast and chased with rocailles and foliage around the cuff, and with integral knop finial (worn) chased en suite, in original ebonised scabbard also forming the cane shaft
