the central section fluted, allover incised decoration consisting of a band of inscription along the top on a floral ground linked to an inscription-filled cusped medallion, this in turn linked to a trefoil-shaped panel, scrolling split-palmettes and arabesques on the two attached narrow plaques and along the borders, the central plaque bearing the Ottoman Arsenal of Hagia Eirene
