India, 16th Century

comprising an oil container in the shape of a dove standing on a flat circular base, traces of incised floral decoration, small loop on back, the other an incense burner in the form of a peacock standing on a raised platform, its chest pierced, hinged at the middle, tail decorated with floral motifs
