A gilt-bronze figure of a Dakini

18th century
The slim figure cast standing alidha, two human corpses underfoot, her left shoulder raised, holding a skullcup in her left hand, and a kartika in her right, a long garland of human skulls draped over her shoulders and hanging to her knees, naked except for jewellry, her wrathful expression framed by a crown of skulls and large earrings, all supported on a lotus pedestal.
17.8cm (7in) high.
