A jadeite baluster vase and cover

Of rectangular section, the wide shouldered body tapering to a splayed stepped foot, the waisted neck flanked by a pair of horned mythical beast handles suspending loose rings, the body circled by a band of confronting stylised archaistic dragons rendered in relief, the conforming cover surmounted by a lion finial, the restrained polish heightening the effect of the pale green stone mottled with bright green streaks and small patches of russet, wood stand.
