A jadeite leaf-form brushwasher

Naturalistically fashioned in the form of a large lotus leaf with curling edges, supported on a stem and a swirl of reeds, including an arrow-root leaf, a lotus blossom and pod, all curling over to the upper surface and fanning out in a graceful curve to the sides, the bright emerald-green inclusions in the mottled pale green stone used to denote a frog and to highlight the leaves and reeds.
24cm (9 1/2in) long.
