A pale green jade hanging vase and cover

Each side of the flattened pear-shaped body decorated with a pair of addorsed archaistic phoenix below an undulating band incorporating geometric forms, the bird-form handles flanking the neck suspending loose rings and attached to an interlocking chain at the apex joined by a 'C'-form suspension plaque, the domed cover surmounted by a bud finial set between a pair of stylised birds, all raised on a hollow splayed foot, the lustrous stone of an even tone with some white inclusions, wood stand, fitted box.
