Persia, dated AH 1330/ AD 1911-12

woven with a pair of cypress trees within architectural alcoves, the tips of the trees each flanked by a pair of peacocks, on a plum coloured ground, with side borders of ogival floral cartouches in pistachio green, the lower border inscribed
195 x 113 cm.
