Arabic manuscript on paper, 74 leaves, 11 lines to the page written in maghribi script, the words Allah, Allahuma and Muhammad picked out in gold, blue or red throughout, inner margins ruled in red and blue, catchwords in wide margins, titles written in gold within panels richly decorated with arabesques in colours and gold, one illuminated title page in colours and gold incorporating the title written in gold within an eight-pointed star in a field richly decorated with geometric designs, the top panel incorporating the bismallah in gold on an illuminated cartouche, edges slightly frayed, rather browned, some repairs, modern beige leather binding with flap, slightly worn, with brown cloth case
