A 16 gauge Winchester Model 21 boxlock shotgun

Serial no. 18922, 16 gauge. 28 inch barrels marked Mod and Full. Matte concave rib with single silver bead. Blued finish. Single trigger. Checkered pistolgrip stock and beavertail fore-end of partially figured walnut. Jostam recoil pad. Together with green baize-lined brown leather leg-of-mutton case, one side with escutcheon inscribed Jane Pyle.
Condition: Excellent as refinished. Retaining 100% older reblued finish with sharp, clear markings. Excellent bright bores. Wood with few light marks, fore-end with repaired chip at upper left rear showing remains of glue. Very sound case showing light scuffing.
