Bellefroid; top levers en suite with pierced thumb pieces and inlaid 1 and 2 in Roman numerals in gold; triggerguards en suite; ejectors; non-automatic safety selectors with gold plated single triggers; finely checkered two-piece fore-ends and pistolgrip stocks of figured walnut; basketweave checkered butt; gold ovals with script initials JES; the right side of no. 1 stock with inlaid gold plague inscribed in script John E.
