probably for the Don Cossacks Artillery of the Guard

The black wool busby with blue wool bag and white metal and enamel St. Andrews star frontplate above brass crossed guns. White wool cords with silver-plated buttons. White horsehair plume with black metal cockade. Black velour sweatband with grey cotton liner.
Condition: Showing some minor moth nips. Interior has been stiffened with burlap and newspaper. Lining and sweatband possibly restorations.
