An unusual continental boxlock over/under percussion pistol
second quarter 19th century

Having 7 1/2 inch browned Damascus screwbarrels in .40 caliber. London view marks. Bright steel boxlock action engraved with scrollwork and dentate borders. Single folding trigger. Bag-shaped walnut grip.
Condition: Excellent. Strong Damascus pattern. Action with some light spotting. Wood with few light marks.
