A continental boxlock flintlock blunderbuss pistol
First quarter 19th century

Having a 3 1/2 inch brass cannon barrel with integral, unmarked boxlock action. Half-cock safety. Walnut grip tapering to the butt and decorated with silver wire inlay.
Condition: Very good. Brass with dark patina. Slight deformation at frame/sideplate. Wood with few minor marks and considerable losses to silver wire.
