A cased pair of Liegoise percussion pistols by Beuret Freres
mid-19th century

Each with 9 3/4 inch octagonal Damascus barrel. Fourteen groove rifling in .44 caliber. Liege proofs. Adjustable triggers. Scroll-engraved locks signed Beuret freres/a Liege. Walnut half-stocks with fluted grips, the fore-ends with intaglio-carved panels. Complete with original rose velour-lined burl veneered case. Accessories include flask molded with cherub and stag (Rilling #440), bullet mold, ladle, mallet, cleaning and loading rods, screwdriver/nipple wrench and cap barrel.
Condition: Very good to fine. Smooth metal showing sharp Damascus pattern and engraving. Stocks showing numerous small marks. Accessories very good to fine.
