An early German NSKK dagger by Eickhorn

The 8 3/4 inch blade marked Alles fur Deutschland, the reverse with Eickhorn squirrel mark. Hilt of standard pattern, the German silver guard marked Nrh. Black-painted scabbard with nickeled mounts. With zippered case Thomas Wittmann.
Condition: Excellent. Blade showing scratches and evidently factory reground to remove motto. Scabbard with few minor marks to painted finish.

Contrary to the published condition description, there is no evidence of factory re-grinding of the blade.
