A Japanese officer's Showa 9 Shin-gunto

Slightly curved 27 1/4 inch blade. Gilt tsuba without cut-outs. Grip wrapped in brown fabric. Mounts of standard pattern with tan finish and gilt highlights. Scabbard painted olive drab, the mounts en suite to hilt.
Condition: Excellent blade showing some light scabbard scratches. Mounts retain 90% plus gilt finish. Scabbard retains all painted finish showing discolored bubbling.
