A lot of three silver-mounted Moro barong
southern Philippines, late 19th/early 20th century

Comprising: 1) With 16 3/4 inch blade off typical form showing active pattern welded pattern; long, banded silver ferrule; fine wood cockatoo pommel; associated scabbard with slight carved decoration. 2) 15 1/4 inch blade; long, banded silver ferrule; burlwood cockatoo pommel. 3) 16 1/2 inch blade; short, banded silver ferrule; twine-wrapped grip; cockatoo pommel.
Condition: 1) and 2) Blades cleaned and showing scratches and light pitting. 2) Pommel with age cracks. 3) Blade with patches of spotting/light pitting; pommel with cracks and broken finial.
